Like you, I have walked the tentative steps of navigating what life would be like for me after my cancer diagnosis. What was normal before, now felt strangely alien and no longer served me. Often feeling alone, fearful and misunderstood, as well intentioned family and friends supported me without really understanding why I now felt like a fish out of water.

 

Being aware of our own mortality and vulnerability can be incredibly challenging, scary and overwhelming- I found that investing in my own emotional, physical and mindset health helped me create the purposeful and rewarding life I craved to give my journey meaning.
